This door in Valencia was to a building just outside of the Silk Market in the heart of the city, inside of the original walls built thousands of years ago. If you would like to learn more about Valencia, check out this blog entry: https://charlesewaugh.com/2016/04/27/spanish-cruise-day-2-valencia/
Those are some impressive doors, Charles. I love the detail.

Thanks. The olde town had so many doors I didn’t photograph because I didn’t know about Thursday Doors. At least I got this one.

That’s a very impressive door. We lived for a number of years in Alicante in the Comunidade Valenciana and I’m sorry I didn’t photograph more of those beautiful Spanish doors while we were there. Thanks for this one.

That is magnificent Charles. I can’t imagine how much work went into building such a door. Thanks for sharing it 🙂

Your welcome. The door is ancient and looks almost impenetrable.

Those designs in the middle of the doors look like board games. I doesn’t even look tattered!
