Thursday Doors – July 21, 2016

We are going from the largest doors in the world last week to some very small doors. This series is hosted by Norm Frampton on his Norm 2.0 blog.

I was in New Jersey for a long weekend to visit family. We went for a walk around the neighborhood in Wayne, NJ and I shot some door pictures for this week.

First are the small doors mentioned above. They are barn doors on mail boxes:

Next we have a two photos of the same door, one in color and one in black and white:

Now we have three commercial doors playing with shadows from the setting sun. One in color and one in black and white:

Finally, we have another commercial door with awning shot in evening shadows with the outside lights already turned on:

  1. Nice ones. Those mailboxes do look a bit like birdhouses though. I wonder if any birds ever show up then the think, ‘Darn, now where did I leave my keys’ 😛
BTW, don’t forget to swing by and add this to our linkup list so the others can find it too.
