House on a rock on a beach.
Here is the original photo – Pre-processing:
Here I have added a rouge filter and sharpened the clarity just a touch:
What are you thoughts on the processing?

I don’t know about processing, but the 2nd photo looks best to me. What I’d like to know is what is that little building, and why is it on the rocks? 🙂

Take a look at this old photo when a railway went along the beach. You can see the house on the rock way back then.

I actually prefer the first photo, because I imagine the building as faded, but it really depends on how you remember seeing the scene (or how you want to remember seeing it.)

I have been lead to understand that the local population comes back and paints the walls of the house every few years.

What a fascinating little house. Yes, you’ve successfully got rid of the colour cast in the original image. 😊

I love the second, gives a fantasy kid of look! And plus I like my bright vivid colours x

I agree. The rouge filter can really make nature pop.

A room with a view? 🙂 I think I like the shabby look in the first simply because of what’s in the shot.
