On our Baltic cruise, we made a stop in Finland and took a trip to the beautiful town of Porvoo. Alongside the river was this bush with a single bloom and bulbs of some kind.

The cloudy day seems to make the colors pop a little more. You don’t have the distraction of a blue sky with puffy white clouds distracting your attention. It also makes the masts on the sailboats stand out against the horizon.

Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse – Beagle Channel east of Ushuaia, Argentina.
This lighthouse is completely automated and electricity is supplied by solar panels.
